Life Story
Carlett Annette Wallace, affectionately known as "Prucilla," went home to be with the Lord on May 25, 2023, in Dover Delaware. Prucilla was born July 9, 1976, in Lakewood, New Jersey, to Annie Vivian Wallace and Antonio. Prucilla attended Lakewood School District.
Prucilla was a unique braider throughout her teenage years until a year prior to her passing. She would slay some braids. She used to love doing hair and cooking. She was a great cook. Her food was so good, it would make you want to “smack your momma.” Even though these were just her hobbies and part of her everyday life, she thoroughly enjoyed these activities.
When Prucilla got out of high school, she worked at numerous nursing home facilities as a nurse’s aide and in the kitchen as a dietary aide/cook. In 2018, Prucilla moved to Delaware and decided to continue her education and began her pursuit to attain a degree as a CNA. After receiving her CNA certification, she worked as a home health aide at Silver Lining Home Healthcare. She also worked at Del Dot as a toll booth operator. She worked both jobs faithfully until the time of her death. She was a very loveable person. When she loved, she loved hard.

Prucilla loved to sit in her truck all day long and listen to her music and color in her coloring books. She also loved to go out with her cousin/sister, Gwen. Prucilla was often the life of the party and she loved to laugh. She was a fun person to chill with. At night, she and the girls would sing karaoke. She would take over the mic and sing Betty Wright’s, “No Pain No Gain.”
Carlett was proceeded in death by her father, Antonio.
Carlett is survived by her mother, Annie Vivian Wallace of Eatontown, New Jersey; two sisters, (her twin) Carole “Drucilla” Wallace from Greensboro, North Carolina, and baby sister, Willona Wallace of Lakewood, New Jersey; one brother, Christopher Wallace of Eatontown, New Jersey; four children, Aalazahea Wallace of Dover, Delaware, Octavius Wallace of Eatontown, New Jersey, Icys Morrison of Dover, Delaware, and AAhonstii Wallace of Dover, Delaware; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
