Life Story
Jabree DuJuan Williams was born in Dover, DE on September 16th, 1997 to Duana A. Sauls and Robert L. Williams, Jr. He departed this life here on earth on September 18th, 2022.
Jabree received his early education at various schools throughout Capital School District in Dover, DE. He worked a variety of jobs from Royal Farms in his hometown to All Star Sports in Newport News, VA, where he resided until early this year. Because of his personality, Jabree would make such an impact on his coworkers, they would also become his friends from state to state.
If you know anything about Jabree, he loved basketball. Beginning his love of basketball at the early age of 6, he played with various AAU Basketball Teams, honing his love of the game. In those times, Jabree was able to do the thing he loved and was able to travel the US showing others his passion for the game.
Jabree was a BIG music lover; mainly old school R&B, with Musiq Soulchild being his all-time favorite artist. If he didn’t have a basketball in his hand, then it was probably a microphone. He loved to dance and be with his loved ones on the dance floor.
And lastly, the thing that he cherished the most, born on September 27, 2021, his son. He was given his name, Jabree DuJuan Williams, Jr. and Jabree poured all that he loved in this world into JJ, especially his love of music. He showed him the joys of this world and tried his best to shelter him from the bad. From spending hours on FaceTime singing, “Just Friends”, to JJ over and over and over again; to the way he held him tight in his arms at night, knowing that he was blessed with his greatest love.
Jabree was preceded in death by his son, DuJuan Williams and cousin, Ian Duane Henry. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his son, Jabree DuJuan Williams, Jr. (Newport News, VA).
